The work performed was to prevent further damage, preserve and protect existing structure. It was done very well. They protected the surface of the existing deck which if it got damaged would have been very difficult to repair.

I was impressed that there was very little for us to do, aside from choosing new carpeting. ServiceMaster packed up all of our items and placed them in storage while the restoration was being done, and then put everything back where it was before. Also they were able to assist with a separate minor leak that happened in the same area, while the first one was being restored, which helped relieve the stress on us.
