We are in the midst of a remediation after a broken drain in our rental property. Servicemaster has responded quickly to all inquiries, and has been amazing dealing with the complexity of communicating with us as landlords, and our tenants in order to get the work done with the least amount of hassle to them. I had the unfortunate event of having a flood in my kitchen that had leaked down to a bedroom downstairs directly below and a LOT of water damage done. I chose Service Master as the company to do the restoration. This involved removing asbestos insulation(abatements were required) new walls/ceiling/ floors/plumbing/painting etc . The workers from Service Master did an incredible job.. so professional, friendly & helpful. Both Adam Sullivan & Meagan Jackle went above and beyond in coordinating everything & getting the job done well.
I want to make a point of saying how incredible each employee been to deal with, that has come to our home. I was home for most of them, not all, but want to mention how professional, kind & friendly everyone has been & open to answering any questions I had.
