Servicemaster has responded quickly to all inquiries, and has been amazing dealing with the complexity of communicating with us as landlords, and our tenants in order to get the work done with the least amount of hassle to them. I had the unfortunate event of having a flood in my kitchen that had leaked down to a bedroom downstairs directly below and a LOT of water damage done. I chose Service Master as the company to do the restoration. This involved removing asbestos insulation(abatements were required) new walls/ceiling/ floors/plumbing/painting etc . The workers from Service Master did an incredible job.. so professional, friendly & helpful. Both Adam Sullivan & Meagan Jackle went above and beyond in coordinating everything & getting the job done well.
